Add your properties

Every unit, its rent and its photos in one place, instead of scattered notes.

    Go to Properties and tap Add property

    Give it a name your tenants will recognise and its address.

    Choose one unit or several

    A house or condo you rent out whole is one unit. A building with rooms or doors is several: you'll add each unit, with its own rent, after saving.

    Add photos

    Up to 20 for the property and for each unit. The main photo is the one shown first.

    Set the asking rent

    The monthly rent you ask for the unit. Each lease sets the rent you actually agree on.

Good to know

  • You can switch between one unit and several later, from Edit.
  • A property with leases can't be deleted: its records stay, for you and your tenants.
