Refund Policy

All Payments Are Final

All subscription payments made to Tenant.ph are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Unused subscription time
  • Change of mind
  • Business closure or cessation
  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Technical issues on the user's end

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Tenant.ph is a subscription-based service with minimal transaction fees. Our pricing is designed to be affordable for solo landlords, and the fees we pay to payment processors (such as Xendit) are not recoverable once a transaction is completed. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.

Security Deposits (Landlord-Tenant Transactions)

Please note that security deposits managed through Tenant.ph between landlords and tenants are separate from subscription payments. These are governed by the landlord's own refund policies and are not covered by this refund policy. Tenant.ph merely provides the platform for landlords to manage these transactions.

Subscription Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime or service disruptions. No refunds will be provided for service interruptions.
