Plans and what counts
Start free with up to 3 tenants. Pay when you grow, or when you want SMS reminders and online payments.

1
See your plan
Open Plan, under Account. It shows your plan and how many active leases you have on it.
-
2
Know what counts
A lease counts once you send it, and while it's running. Drafts, ended and cancelled leases don't, and neither do your units or past tenants.

When your plan is full
Send to tenant changes to Get more room (on Pro, See sent leases). Recalling or cancelling a lease you've sent frees a place, and so does confirming a move-out that has happened. Or move to a bigger plan, if there is one: Pro, with 40, is our biggest.

Pay for Plus or Pro
On Plan, tap the price under the plan, for a month or a year. You pay on Xendit's page with QR Ph, GCash, Maya or a card, then come back to Tenant.ph, which shows your new plan once the payment is confirmed. Nothing renews by itself. We remind you 7, 3 and 1 day before your plan ends, and the day after its last day we tell you which plan you're on.

What paid plans add
Plus and Pro send you and your tenants SMS reminders as well as emails, and let them pay rent online through your own PayMongo or Xendit account. Pro holds up to 40 tenants, our most for now.
Good to know
- Every plan has statements, email reminders, inspections, deposits, documents and reports.
- SMS reminders go only to the mobile number each person confirmed on Tenant.ph, you and your tenants alike; a number you typed in for a tenant isn't texted. Texts go out while your plan is Plus or Pro. Anyone can turn texts off in Settings without turning off emails.
- Online payments go straight to your PayMongo or Xendit account, never through Tenant.ph, and you pay that company's fee.
- Your leases never stop because of your plan. Billing, statements and your tenants' portal keep running; only sending a new lease waits for room. When your plan ends, SMS reminders and online payments stop and your tenants pay the manual way. We remind you 7, 3 and 1 day before.
- Your tenants never pay Tenant.ph.
- Moving up from Plus to Pro starts today at Pro's price, and the days left on your Plus become extra Pro days, by what they're worth (20 Plus days are about 10 Pro days). More of the same plan, a month or a year, is added after the one you have. You can't move to a smaller plan until yours ends.
Words used here
- Active lease
- A lease you've sent or that's running now, including one past its end date until you confirm the move-out. Drafts, ended and cancelled leases don't count against your plan.
