Accept your lease

Know exactly what you agreed to, and keep a copy.

    Open the link your landlord sent

    By email, text, Messenger or Viber.

    Create an account, or log in

    Use your email, or Continue with Google. Then confirm your mobile number with the code we text you.

    Read the terms and the contract

    The rent, its due day, the advance, the deposit, the dates and any rules.

    Tap Accept lease

    Your landlord signs too, and the lease becomes active. You'll find it under Your rental.

Good to know

  • A lease link lasts 14 days. If yours ran out, ask your landlord for a new one.
  • Something looks wrong? Don't accept: ask your landlord to change it first.

Advance rent
Rent paid before moving in. It pays for one month: the first, or the last month of a fixed term.
Month-to-month
A lease with no end date: it runs month by month until you or your tenant gives notice.
