Pay rent
No more “magkano po ulit?”: see what's due, pay your way, keep every receipt.
-
1
See what's due
Your Overview shows the amount, when it's due, and a Pay button for the lease.
-
2
Pay online, if your landlord offers it
Tap Pay online and pay with GCash, Maya, QR Ph or card on the secure page of your landlord's provider, PayMongo or Xendit. It goes on your balance as soon as it goes through, with no proof to send.
-
3
Or pay your landlord directly
Use one of the ways under How to pay: GCash, Maya or their bank. The money goes to them, never through Tenant.ph. Pay one way only: if you paid online, there's no proof to send.
-
4
Tap I've paid, send proof
Add the amount, the date and your screenshot or receipt.
-
5
Your landlord checks it
Once they approve it, it's on your balance and your next statement. You'll get an email either way.
Good to know
- If your landlord can't confirm a proof, you'll see why. Check it and send it again.
- You can have up to 3 proofs waiting at once.
Words used here
- Grace days
- Extra days after the due date before unpaid rent counts as late. A late fee, if the lease has one, can only be added after them.
