    Each time something is billed or paid, you get a statement by email. They're all under Your rental, Statements.

    Your receipts, proofs you sent and any refunds are under Your rental, Payments.

    Download a copy

    Every statement has a PDF you can save or print.

Good to know

  • Reminder emails can be turned off in Settings. Statements and receipts always come: they're your records.
  • A statement from Tenant.ph isn't a BIR official receipt.
