    When you move out

    Your landlord does a move-out inspection, and you can compare it with the move-in.

    Review the deposit settlement

    It shows what your deposit paid for and what comes back to you, by when. Tap It's right, or Something's wrong.

    Get it back

    When your landlord returns it, the refund shows on your statement and under Payments.

Good to know

  • Your answers are kept with the record. If your landlord corrects the settlement, you review the new version.
